I bet this is 6k. 
I wish I knew a little more about the knee lever option-pull-switch on the back.

That was always my dream guitar for years. I believe Ed had about a $10,000 price tag on it when he was building them. His Guitars were the cream of the crop!!!!

I had a Fulawka. 
I bought it used from Al Brisco. 
On mine, there were two knobs on the back side. 
It was kind of a crossover setup. 
It changed the configuration of the right knee levers from one neck to the other. 
A very ingenious setup. 
Eddie treated his guitars like his children. 
After I got mine, I wanted to add some stuff to it and I had quite a time convincing Eddie to sell me the parts. He thought I should send it back to him. 
But I finally got him convinced that I was capable of doing it myself.

This setup looks like it has the devices you mention, Erv. One button on backside. Another along side the input jack. Clever, it is like 2 extra RKL's without taking up space. 😎

John , that single hex is to tune the 1/2 stop.
